Fenix HM23 V2.0 is the latest multi-function headlamp model from FENIX.
This upgrade is almost a complete change from the previous HM23 model.

What is special about the Fenix HM23 V2.0 flashlight?
The Fenix HM23 V2.0 flashlight is a versatile headlamp. With its main advantage being its extremely small size, this is the lamp that can meet almost all daily and work lighting needs.
The Fenix HM23 V2.0 light weighs only 86.3 grams, uses 1 convenient AA battery, is cheap and easy to replace.
With a hump and detachable design, the HM23 V2.0 can be customized into a handheld or Headlamp
The lamp has a magnet at the tail combined with a large clip - supporting connection to locations such as shirt pockets, backpack straps, hat brims or sticking the lamp on metal surfaces... to meet the purpose of hands-free lighting while working.
The headband is designed to fit snugly around the head and has ventilation holes, so it does not cause discomfort when used for a long time. In addition, the reflective strip on the strap can be seen from a distance of up to 50m.

How to use Fenix HM23 V2.0 flashlight
Attention: Insert the battery into the lamp body for first use.
On/Off:
Press and hold the switch for 0.5s to turn the light on/off.
Switch mode:
When the light is on, press the switch once to change the mode: Low – Med – High
Red light:
When the light is on in white light, press and hold the switch until the light turns red. Press once to change the light level: Red – Flashing red.
Battery replacement: Unscrew the battery cover to remove and replace the new battery with the correct polarity as before, then reinstall the battery cover. (Positive pole first, Negative pole contacts the screw cover).
Light lock: When the light is off, press and hold the switch for 3s to lock the light. Press and hold for 3s to unlock.
How to maintain Fenix HM23 V2.0 flashlight
When not in use for a long period of time, remove the battery from the lamp.
After installing or removing the battery, tighten the cover to ensure a tight seal.
Notes when using Fenix HM23 V2.0 flashlight
Heat will be generated from the lamp body when used for a long time, this is a normal phenomenon.
Do not shine the flashlight directly into your eyes.
Keep out of reach of children!
To ensure safety during long-term use, it is recommended to install a separate handle and avoid direct contact with the lamp body.
Do not shine flammable objects or materials at close range.
Do not disassemble the lamp head yourself to avoid damaging the lamp and voiding the warranty.
Always lock the light when not in use to avoid accidental activation during storage or transport.

- The warranty period is calculated from the date of order confirmation and storage on our system.
NO WARRANTY in the following cases:
- Lamp broken, deformed, scratched.
- The lamp got wet due to user error (not closing the charging port cover or intentionally exceeding the lamp's water resistance standard).
- Disassemble, install, or modify the flashlight without permission outside of the user manual.

Step 4: Confirm payment information
- Fill in your contact information, in which, name, address, phone number and email address are required.
- Select shipping method. Shipping cost will be calculated at this step.
- Select payment method.
Step 5: Confirm order
- Once you complete your order, a confirmed order notification screen will appear.
- PHU THAI TECH's system will send a confirmation email containing your order number to the email you entered earlier. Please check the information carefully and notify us immediately if you have any changes via email support@phuthaitech.com.vn .
- For customers who choose to pay by card , you will be redirected to the card payment gateway after completing the order. Here, you will choose the appropriate card type and payment method. The order will be delivered within the specified time after the payment is confirmed.
- For customers choosing the cash on delivery (COD) payment method, the order will be delivered within the specified time after the order is confirmed as valid payment (valid COD).

1. Payment by card and installment payment by credit card
- PHU THAI TECH supports card payment and installment payment by credit card. Select card payment in the payment section and click complete order, you will be redirected to the interface to choose detailed payment information.
- Customers can choose to pay by card such as VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB...
- For orders over 3 million, customers can choose to pay in installments via credit card. The payment gateway is supported by nearly 30 banks and financial institutions. Customers can choose different installment periods such as 3, 6, 9 or up to 12 months.
*Currently, only 2 forms of payment: card payment and installment payment via credit card are available on Eshop. Other payment forms are still under development.
2. Payment method upon receipt of goods (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only accepted for total order value under 3,000,000 VND.
- Applicable to customers who choose Cash on Delivery and are in the area where we support delivery (see Delivery Policy for more information).
- If the payment is valid (COD is valid), the customer's order will be confirmed via email, then we will update the delivery information and proceed with the delivery within the specified time. The customer will pay directly to the delivery staff upon receipt of the goods.
3. Prepayment via bank (Bank transfer)
- Applicable to customers who choose the form of Prepayment via bank.
