Fenix HL16 headlamp uses PC plastic material from Germany for super light weight.
Using PC plastic to form the body shell, this helps the HL16 weigh only 97.2 grams (including battery), you almost don't feel the presence of the light when wearing it on your forehead.
Fenix HL16 headlamp is equipped with 2 white and red lights that operate independently.
HL16 is equipped with 2 separate LEDs, including white light LED and red light LED, increasing usability and control with 2 independent switches.
- White LED with 450 lumens, for smooth and all-round light, with a maximum beam range of 104 meters, with a continuous runtime of 100 hours (low level).
- Red LED – a useful option for emergencies thanks to the SOS mode, or we can use it for night vision without attracting insects when camping and fishing.
Fenix HL16 headlamp is equipped with a new generation strap that is larger, more airy and comfortable.
The HL16 strap is also developed by FENIX itself, using a large and thin strap with many ventilation holes, extremely comfortable and tight, avoiding shaking during vigorous activities but not causing discomfort. The reflective strip on the strap can be identified at a distance of up to 50 meters.

How to use Fenix HL16 flashlight
Note: Install batteries before first use.
The lamp is controlled by 2 control buttons on the lamp body, easy to access and operate.
On/Off:
White LED:
Press and hold for 0.5 seconds to turn on/off, press once to switch modes: Turbo – high – Med – Low
Red LED:
Press and hold for 0.5 seconds to turn on/off, press once to change mode: Red light – SOS
Note: The light cannot light up 2 LEDs at the same time. When the light is on any white or red LED, press and hold any switch for 0.5 seconds to turn off the light.
Unlock key:
- Lock: When the light is off, press and hold either switch or press both switches at the same time for 3 seconds, the light will flash four times to indicate the lock status.
- Unlock: when the light is locked, press the two switches at the same time for 3 seconds, the light will flash 4 times, the light will be on at 5 lumens mode of red LED.
In locked state, press the switch once, the light will flash 4 times indicating that the light is locked. Unlock operation is required before use.
The Fenix HL16 headlamp features an electronic lockout feature to prevent accidental activation.
Smart memory circuit
The light only remembers the last brightness level of the white LED. When turned on, the light will recall the previously used brightness level.
The light does not remember the brightness level of the red LED, when turned on, the light will recall the brightness level of 5 lumens.
How to maintain Fenix HL16 flashlight
Use alkaline AAA batteries to ensure capacity and prevent battery leakage that can oxidize the copper contacts of the lamp.
If the light is not used for more than 5 days, remove the battery to avoid battery leakage.
Notes when using Fenix HL16 flashlight
- Heat will be generated from the lamp body when used for a long time, this is a normal phenomenon.
- Do not shine the flashlight directly into your eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children!
- To ensure safety during long-term use, it is recommended to install a separate handle and avoid direct contact with the lamp body.
- Do not shine flammable objects or materials at close range.
- Do not disassemble the lamp head yourself to avoid damaging the lamp and voiding the warranty.
- Always lock the light when not in use to avoid accidental activation during storage or transport.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of order confirmation and storage on our system.
NO WARRANTY in the following cases:
- Lamp broken, deformed, scratched.
- The lamp got wet due to user error (not closing the charging port cover or intentionally exceeding the lamp's water resistance standard).
- Disassemble, install, or modify the flashlight without permission outside of the user manual.
- Using battery or charger with incorrect technical specifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, theft, animal abuse and natural wear and tear.

1. Payment by card and installment payment by credit card
- PHU THAI TECH supports card payment and installment payment by credit card. Select card payment in the payment section and click complete order, you will be redirected to the interface to choose detailed payment information.
- Customers can choose to pay by card such as VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB...
- For orders over 3 million, customers can choose to pay in installments via credit card. The payment gateway is supported by nearly 30 banks and financial institutions. Customers can choose different installment periods such as 3, 6, 9 or up to 12 months.
*Currently, only 2 forms of payment: card payment and installment payment via credit card are available on Eshop. Other payment forms are still under development.
2. Payment method upon receipt of goods (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only accepted for total order value under 3,000,000 VND.
- Applicable to customers who choose Cash on Delivery and are in the area where we support delivery (see Delivery Policy for more information).
