Bộ taro tay Voelkel 49251 là bộ dụng cụ taro và ren ngoài cao cấp của VÖLKEL GmbH, được thiết kế cho các công việc gia công ren thủ công trong cơ khí, bảo trì và sửa chữa chuyên nghiệp.

Hand taps and round dies (set of 52 pcs.) HSS-E M 3 – M 20

This tap and die assortment is intended for workshop threading tasks across the size range named in the product name. The set format helps you keep the required tools together for internal threads, external threads, and the related holder work. It suits service departments, mechanical engineering shops, and repair stations.

The M designation identifies metric ISO threads that are standard across general engineering, maintenance, and machine building. HSSE or HSS-E indicates cobalt alloyed high speed steel, which supports hot hardness and wear resistance under more demanding cutting conditions.

Application

  • Use in workshop production, maintenance, and fabrication where the stated thread designation must be matched accurately.
  • Select the tool by the thread system, size, and form stated in the product name before the job begins.

Step by step

  1. Select the required size and decide whether the job needs an internal or external thread tool from the set.
  2. Prepare the hole or outside diameter and secure the workpiece for accurate alignment.
  3. Mount the chosen tap or die in the matching holder from the set.
  4. Start the thread square to the workpiece and keep the holder under controlled manual guidance.
  5. Continue the cut with suitable lubricant and remove chips from the work area as required.
  6. Check the finished thread, clean the tool, and return each component to the set after use.

    • For customers choosing the cash on delivery (COD) payment method, the order will be delivered within the specified time after the order is confirmed as valid payment (valid COD).

    • For orders over 3 million, customers can choose to pay in installments via credit card. The payment gateway is supported by nearly 30 banks and financial institutions. Customers can choose different installment periods such as 3, 6, 9 or up to 12 months.

    *Currently, only 2 forms of payment: card payment and installment payment via credit card are available on Eshop. Other payment forms are still under development.

    2. Payment method upon receipt of goods (COD)

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is only accepted for total order value under 3,000,000 VND.
    • Applicable to customers who choose Cash on Delivery and are in the area where we support delivery (see Delivery Policy for more information).
    • If the payment is valid (COD is valid), the customer's order will be confirmed via email, then we will update the delivery information and proceed with the delivery within the specified time. The customer will pay directly to the delivery staff upon receipt of the goods.

    3. Prepayment via bank (Bank transfer)

    • Applicable to customers who choose the form of Prepayment via bank.
    • You go to any bank, ATM in Vietnam or use internet banking service to transfer money to PHUTHAITECH 's bank account according to the information below (You can still transfer money via bank even if you don't have an account).
      • Transfer from transaction points within the same banking system within 12 hours.
      • Transfer from transaction points of other banks not in the same banking system, transfer time 24-72 hours.
      • Transfer money via internet banking service, transfer time depends on the service package the customer registers with the bank they are using.
    • When making a transfer, please write in the transfer content: "Buyer's phone number and order number" . The order number will be displayed after completing the purchase order or you can check the order confirmation email.
    • If the payment is valid, the order will be delivered within the specified time after the successful transaction and you will be updated with the delivery information via email.
