Product warranty policy

1. Warranty scope

PHUTHAITECH commits to warranty all equipment and machinery categories in the manufacturer's warranty list. If PHUTHAITECH cannot do the warranty ourselves, we will send it to the repair company and notify customers about the status of the goods within 1 month.

2. Cases not covered by warranty

• Error due to improper use according to the instructions for use.
• Equipment and machinery are damaged due to subjective or objective reasons of the customer and not due to the fault of PHUTHAITECH or the manufacturer.
• Natural disasters, fires…cause damage to equipment and machinery.
