Fenix BC21RV3.0 Rechargeable Bike Light Now brighter with a maximum brightness of 1200 lumens that lets you see up to 466 feet (142m). Four brightness levels let you choose the right amount of light for your ride, and the flashing mode is a great way to make sure you’re seen by other drivers. The light has 4 lighting modes and 1 flashing mode.
The lens design has notches to adjust the light beam so as not to blind oncoming drivers, creating traffic safety. The headlight is designed so that the light beam can spread across the entire road surface.
User-friendly interface, with a single switch for all light control operations
The bike rack features Fenix's signature vertical groove design for easy assembly and disassembly.
The lamp holder and lamp holder are made of high-quality plastic and fiberglass, which are durable and hold the lamp firmly when shaken.
The lamp is IP68 dust and water resistant and can withstand depths of up to 1.5m, impact resistance of 1.5m, and works well in rainy, windy, and humid environments.

On/off
Press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to turn the light on/off.
Select brightness level
When the light is on, click the switch once to cycle through Low → Medium → High → Turbo
Flash mode
When the light is on, double-click the switch to enter flash mode, click again to exit flash mode and return to the previously used mode.
Note:
- Disassembling the lamp head may damage the lamp and void the product warranty.
- Fenix recommends using the company's standard batteries to ensure greater safety for the light and the user.
- If the lamp is not used for a long period of time, remove the battery, otherwise the lamp may be damaged due to electrolyte leakage.
- Long-term use may cause wear of the O-ring. To maintain proper waterproofing, replace the O-ring with the replacement part included with the product.
- Regularly cleaning the battery contacts will improve the performance of the light as dirt build-up on the contacts can cause the light to flicker, stay on, or even not light at all for the following reasons:
- A: The battery needs to be replaced.
Solution: Replace the battery (Ensure the battery is installed according to manufacturer specifications) - B: The leads, PCB board contacts or other contact points are dirty.
Solution: Clean the contacts with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. - If the above methods do not work, please contact your distributor.
- Fenix bicycle flashlights are high intensity lighting devices that can cause eye damage to the user or others. Avoid shining the light directly into anyone's eyes.
- This flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used for a long time, resulting in high temperature of the flashlight. Pay attention to safety to avoid burns.
- Do not shine directly at objects at close range, to avoid burning the object or causing danger due to the high temperature of the lamp.
- The LED of this flashlight is not replaceable; so you should replace the entire flashlight when the LED reaches the end of its life.
Attention:
– Use only the batteries that come with the light or batteries with the same specifications as recommended by the manufacturer.
– Only charge the light with the charging cord provided with the light.
– For small lights, 1 18650, 21700 battery, do not use a high-capacity PD standard charger to charge.
– Damage caused by using batteries or chargers not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations is beyond the scope of the warranty.

Step 3: Payment
At the shopping cart screen, you will check the information about the product you want to buy one more time before paying.
Step 4: Confirm payment information
- Fill in your contact information, in which, name, address, phone number and email address are required.
- Select shipping method. Shipping cost will be calculated at this step.
- Select payment method.
Step 5: Confirm order
- Once you complete your order, a confirmed order notification screen will appear.
- PHU THAI TECH's system will send a confirmation email containing your order number to the email you entered earlier. Please check the information carefully and notify us immediately if you have any changes via email support@phuthaitech.com.vn .
- For customers who choose to pay by card , you will be redirected to the card payment gateway after completing the order. Here, you will choose the appropriate card type and payment method. The order will be delivered within the specified time after the payment is confirmed.
- For customers choosing the cash on delivery (COD) payment method, the order will be delivered within the specified time after the order is confirmed as valid payment (valid COD).
- In case you choose to pay in advance via bank (bank transfer) , please pay after completing the order (details refer here (Payment Instructions) .
- Once payment is confirmed (valid payment), shipping information will be updated via email and the order will be delivered to you.

1. Payment by card and installment payment by credit card
- PHU THAI TECH supports card payment and installment payment by credit card. Select card payment in the payment section and click complete order, you will be redirected to the interface to choose detailed payment information.
- Customers can choose to pay by card such as VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB...
- For orders over 3 million, customers can choose to pay in installments via credit card. The payment gateway is supported by nearly 30 banks and financial institutions. Customers can choose different installment periods such as 3, 6, 9 or up to 12 months.
*Currently, only 2 forms of payment: card payment and installment payment via credit card are available on Eshop. Other payment forms are still under development.
2. Payment method upon receipt of goods (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only accepted for total order value under 3,000,000 VND.
- Applicable to customers who choose Cash on Delivery and are in the area where we support delivery (see Delivery Policy for more information).
- If the payment is valid (COD is valid), the customer's order will be confirmed via email, then we will update the delivery information and proceed with the delivery within the specified time. The customer will pay directly to the delivery staff upon receipt of the goods.
3. Prepayment via bank (Bank transfer)
- Applicable to customers who choose the form of Prepayment via bank.
- You go to any bank, ATM in Vietnam or use internet banking service to transfer money to PHUTHAITECH 's bank account according to the information below (You can still transfer money via bank even if you don't have an account).
