We commit to provide 2-year warranty service for all products (will be 7 years if the product is registered online according to the warranty card attached to the product) from the date of purchase.
The rechargeable battery that comes with the lamp is covered by a 12-month warranty.
Claims under this warranty are valid only if the product shows no signs of disassembly, modification or corrosion resulting from use other than that intended by the manufacturer. They are also valid only if the product shows no signs of self-repair or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer.
Not covered by this warranty are the “Solidline” product line, Ledlenser K1 and Ledlenser K2.
Warranty does not apply to alkaline batteries, holsters, carrying cases, straps, remote switches (switches), color filters, letters & images printed or engraved on the surface of the light.
Damage caused by battery leakage – causing damage to the light is not a product defect. Please contact the battery manufacturer to report such damage.
The warranty covers only replacement and repair. Claims beyond those stated in the warranty conditions – especially compensation claims – are excluded.
The warranty period will not be extended or extended if warranty service is provided for refurbished products.
